Where is the shop based?This shop is based in Richmond, Virginia. All orders are shipped out from this location unless you ordered from Amazon or Etsy.

What payment types do you accept?We accept all major credit cards plus PayPal.

Is free shipping tracked?Yes and no. For stickers, prints, and greeting cards there will be no tracking unless you select an option with tracking or order multiple prints or greeting cards. Sticker and prints are shipped with stamps to cut down on shipping cost especially if you only order one item. Other items such as notepads, buttons, and greeting card bundles will be tracked automatically.

How much does shipping cost?There is no set shipping cost. It depends on what type of shipping you have selected, weight, destination, and postal type. You can see the shipping cost at checkout before you finalize your order if you are not satisfied. However, if you order stickers, a prints, or a greeting card, shipping will be free.

When will orders be shipped out?Orders will take about 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) to be shipped out. Note: Items on pre-order will take about 5-10 business days to ship. The exact time frame will be written in the product description and frequent updates will be posted on social media.

How do I check the status of my order?After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email and a notification when your order has been shipped. You will receive an email confirmation from us which will include a tracking number, so you can check your status. Note: Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 5 to 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to look into it.

How long does shipping take?Once yo've received a notification that your items have been shipped, you should typically receive your package with these timeframes: USA: 1- 2 weeks (considered lost after 3-4 weeks) Canada: 1-3 weeks (considered lost after 4 weeks) International: 2-4 weeks (considered lost after 5-6 weeks) Note: these are estimated timeframe not a guaranteed timeframe

Can I track my order?Yes, if you selected a shipping option with tracking. All the tracking information will be included in you shipping confirmation email. Orders that are considered letter mail (shipped with a postal stamp) will not be tracked. Order that are shipped as parcels will have tracking.

My order has been delayed, now what?There would be many reasons why your package has been delayed. For instance, holidays, high volume shipping orders due to our shipping partners, or a high number of orders and pre-orders. Note: Once your package reaches one of our shipping partners, we no longer have control or is responsible for any delays. If you think that your order has been lost do not be hesitant to contact us.

What if there is a problem with my order?If you were sent the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, or there is another issue, please email me and I will get a replacement sent out to you. Alternatively, you can get a refund, if you prefer.
